This is probably the best coffee shop in all of Colorado Springs. I've lived here since 2001, and I've been to most of the places north of Platte at one time or another.

Summit House has a top notch menu and a friendly staff that has the best service-oriented attitude in town. The atmosphere is excellent. They back up to a local park with a pond, great for a walk on a sunny Colorado Springs day (all 305 of them each year!) The fireplace by the leather couch is a haven for college students cramming for finals, or moms and their toddlers reading books in the mid morning.

This is a favorite by the local companies....Compassion, Oracle, The Classical Academy, multiple construction companies, the school bus drivers......the list goes on. I run my IT consulting company remotely some days via their high speed wireless.
